Scott Nichols - voted most honest and successful real estate team in north georgia and metro atlanta

Being from rural Maine originally, having a weekend cabin in the mountains of North Georgia seemed only appropriate for Scott Nichols. Surprisingly, only six months after construction was complete, plans to move to the Blue Ridge area fulltime were finalized.

Scott left a 12 year career in the Managed Care Sales and Marketing industry and embarked upon a new career selling properties in the area he fell so in love with.

Scott’s corporate background provided him with the tools needed to distinguish himself in his new career.

Providing his clients with honesty, integrity, a high level of professionalism and the best service are the cornerstones of Scott’s business plan. This approach resulted in nearly $6,000,000 in total sales volume within the first calendar year and consistent growth since then.

“I would be honored to be your Realtor of choice in the North Georgia Mountains.”

Mark Reeves grew up in a log cabin in rural Maine, so having an escape from the stresses of the city of Atlanta were a welcomed treat. The solitude, fresh air, wildlife and small town way of living reminded Mark of where he came from.

Moving here permanently was a very easy decision for those reasons. After six years of teaching in the Atlanta area, Mark was ready for a change of career as well as surroundings.

The high levels of service that he and Scott set for the Coldwell Banker team requires a commitment that one person could not provide alone.

Mark’s full time focus is making sure that each client’s experience is as smooth and as fun as possible.

“Although much of my work is behind the scenes, I will also be an active participant in the client experience.”
